Sarah Shahi

Sarah Shahi, an American actress who is best known for her appearance in the tv show "Life", is well-known. Born to an Iranian father and a Spanish mother, her mixed background helped to expand her horizons beyond the boundaries of religion and geography. Shahi has always dreamed of becoming an actor since she was a young child. Her first modeling experience began when she was just 8 years old, but then took that next step. She performed a great deal of theater in college and at school. She is a well-known film and television actor today, Sarah kick-started her career in a modest manner. Sarah played a variety of characters, which included guest appearances on television shows and in movies. Her next project was a leading role in a sitcom on American television. But, her popularity doesn't stop at her acting abilities. Shahi is among the most popular actors in the industry. Shahi was listed as the number 90 on the Maxim magazine 'Hot 100 of 2005' list, later moving up the ladder to 66 in 2006 and 36 in 2012. Maxim magazine's "TV's most beautiful girls" issue, which was published in November 2012 issue included Shahi on its cover. 2007 was the year she listed fifth on AfterEllen.com's Hot List. Apart from being an actress Sarah Shahi also is a fan of sports and spent time as a NFL cheerleader prior to assuming her position in front of the camera. Shahi is also an instructor in brown belt Karate.
